How can I sell my photos and images?

Selling your photos and the images that you create can be fun and rewarding whether you are just getting started or you have been doing this for some time. It is important to read through the directions and agree to the terms listed here.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Before getting started read through the “Royalty Free” agreement. You must agree to its terms before proceeding to the next step.
   
   
2. There is a one time $50.00 administration fee per user name for those wishing to sell their work. This can be paid up front (contact the administrator for that) or the fee can be deducted from the income you generate from your sales. You will have (1) year from the date you signed up to pay your fee. After that point you can close your account if you choose with no remaining balance due (there are no refunds for a partial payment) or you can pay the remaining balance in full and continue running your account.
   
   
3. You will need to upload 10 pictures as samples of your work.  Our Quality Control Department will review what you uploaded and contact you.

4. There is a 35% processing fee on all orders. When a customer orders a print, the print and shipping costs will be deducted from the sale first before calculating the fee. Sedona Creations™ pays for all the charge card processing fees incurred when a Buyer purchases your picture. Your percentage on a net sale is 65%.
   
   
5. All payments will be sent to you through PayPal on the 3rd of every month, (excluding Sundays and Holidays in those situations it will be sent the day after) and after your administration fees have been paid (see item 2). If you don’t have a PayPal account please visit, http://www.paypal.com to open an account today. If for some reason you can not have a PayPal account please contact the administrator to make other arrangements. If you would like to receive a payment before the 3rd, you can by sending an email request to the administrator. An additional 2% fee will be added for early payment(s).

6. There are standard sizes that we use on this site. The sizes are:

   Premium 1024x768 - for $10.00

   Large 800x600 - for $5.00

   Medium 600x450 - for $3.00

   Small 400x300 - for $1.00

   All uploaded images must be at 100 DPI
   

7. Although each size above shows a price, you can request to have your prices adjusted. You will need to submit the image category and title with the price for which size image the change will effect. Please send your request with the above information to the administrator.
   
   
8. The genre of the site is focused on nature oriented images so as to help this site to be known for these types of images. The administration has the right to change the genre and focus of the site at any time.
   
   
9. If you wish to offer prints, make the appropriate selection on the check boxes for the sizes available when uploading or editing the item properties. The original image must be between 260 – 300 DPI in order for it to be offered as a print. You will keep the original on your computer and you will be notified of a print order request.
   
   
   

   Content Not Allowed:

10. Pictures of nudity, or violence of any kind will not be allowed.  The Quality Control Department reserves the right to refuse submitted images for any reason, at any time.

11. To help you to become more successful on this site we encourage you to have a well organized filing system on you computer. That way you can quickly refer to an image when a print order comes to you or to quickly find your images to make adjustments on them.

This Membership Agreement governs your membership in the SedonaCreations.com Photo Shoppe community.   Your membership allows you full access to the membership portions of the web site located at http://photos.sedonacreations.com.  This Membership Agreement is in addition to the Terms of Use applicable to Sedona Creations Photo Shoppe. This Site is operated by Sedona Creations™.

Access and use of the membership portions of this Site are provided to you by Sedona Creations™, on the condition that you accept the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement and the Terms of Use agreement.  By accessing or using the membership portions of the Site, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement and the Terms of Use agreement. If you do not agree to accept and abide by either the Membership Agreement or the Terms of Use agreement, you should not access or use the membership portions of this site. In the event of any inconsistency between this Membership Agreement and the Terms of Use agreement, the terms of this Membership Agreement shall govern.

Sedona Creations™, reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change or modify all or any part of this Membership Agreement at any time, effective immediately upon notice published on this Site. Your continued use of the membership portions of this Site after such notice constitutes your binding acceptance of the terms and conditions in this Membership Agreement, including any changes or modifications made by SedonaCreations.com as permitted above. If at any time the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement are no longer acceptable to you, you should immediately cease use of the membership portions of this Site.
